Home-Grown Vegetable Contest

Do you think you have the best vegetables or the biggest tomato?  The Austin County Horticulture Committee and Linseisen’s Feed & Supply, Inc. are hosting a “Home Grown Vegetable Contest” to let everyone show off their prize-winner vegetables from their gardens. The Contest is open to the public, with no entry fee and no age limit! If you love to garden and grow vegetables, you can enter.

All entries MUST be grown by the exhibitor. All entries MUST be healthy and edible. One entry per exhibitor per category, except on “All Others”, “All Other Peppers”, and “Fruits/Berries”. Must still be different types of vegetables/Melons or Fruits/Berries. No rotten or split tomatoes or other vegetables will be allowed or judged. All vegetables or fruit entered must be edible. Please make sure to have the correct number of samples per category when entering otherwise your entry will be disqualified.
